If for any reason you feel you need to return an item please contact us for shipping instructions. Contact us here Please be advised that we will issue and honor any refund requests providing the following: Item is returned in good condition, in original packaging, all manuals and attachments have been included in the return shipment. If item has been altered in any way, Just-Petz reserves the right not to issue any refund, upon notification to customer, for damaged items, damaged by the customer. The item will be returned to the customer at Just-Petz expense. This does not include any damages done by shipment, it is advised that the customer pays for insurance on the returned item. If you have purchased an Innotektm product with the Limited Lifetime Warranty, please go here for more information on a defective product.
